TERMS AND CONDITIONS

All appointment times are an estimation and may vary due to unforeseen circumstances i.e. traffic congestion etc. The technician will call if circumstances change.

Room size is calculated on a basis of 12msq with or without furniture. 

Stair access (if lift is not available) is $20 per level. Please note that our equipment is in excess of 100kgs.

Technician will quote on the day for stain treatments from $35. Whilst we use the best products we cannot always guarantee 100% success with some stains.

Stair carpet clean at $3.85 per step (stairs are not considered as a room).

Pre vacuuming is the customer’s responsibility and is essential before service.

Furniture removal is the customer’s responsibility. Please be prepared before our arrival.

Time for procedure (approximately):
3 room - 30-40 mins
4 room - 40-50 mins
5 room - 45-60 mins
The time allocated for your procedure does not include technician having to wait while furniture is dismantled.

Drying time (approximately) 3-4 hours.

Waiting time if premises are not prepared or customer is late for appointment is $30 per 15 minute increment.

Cancellation Policy: 24 hours is required.

Parking: Our vans are below 1.9m and we will require parking in apartment buildings. Please ensure that this is organised with the building manager or concierge. Street parking must be within 50m of the building. Parking meter charges will apply.

Access/exit: Customer must be in attendance to let us in and out.

Key Collection: There is a $25 surcharge each way for us to pick up keys from a different location.

Payment Terms: Cash or Card (no Diners cards). Credit card charges will apply. 

GST 10% applies to all charges

Our technicians are well trained and experienced. All prices are set by head office and we ask that you have respect for their knowledge and their estimations of cost.
